About The Role:
The Chief Executive Officer plays a pivotal role in the success of Architectural Designers New Zealand; in shaping their brand and reputation, in the creation of opportunities for both members and the wider general public, and through the management of the services they deliver.
The ADNZ member base sees the CEO as a leader for the sector, with influence in areas such as the creation of government policy; it is therefore crucial that the CEO operates with the highest professional standards, utilising a wide variety of commercial skills to achieve ADNZ objectives.
As CEO you will bring together diverse groups of stakeholders in order to improve overall effectiveness of ADNZ.
Inspiring staff to deliver excellence, you will be the enabler who brings ADNZ’s vision to life through input into strategies and creation of implementation plans which create a culture of success, quality and integrity.
As CEO you will work closely with the Board of Architectural Designers New Zealand to follow and execute their strategy.
