The role:

As Regional Director, you will be a voice and advocate for Kea in the UK & European markets, lead local delivery of Kea’s global strategy, drive revenue and dealmaking, and manage key relationships. This is a full time role working from the NZ High Commission and from home where appropriate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactive engagement & relationship management with NZ Inc partners (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise).
  • Identify and lead new opportunities to drive revenue in-market from sponsorships, events and services.
  • Create opportunities to represent and advocate for Kea at events.
  • Actively engage with the Kea community on an ongoing basis and grow this community.
  • Demonstrably connect NZ businesses with the in-market expertise they seek from within the Kea community and networks.
  • Foster wider stakeholder relationships in-market of benefit to Kea’s mission.
  • Meet revenue generation targets, report and communicate success.
  • Administration and financial management of the UK operation.
