Mō tēnei tūranga mahi │ About the Role
As the Partnerships and Events manager, you will have two key programmes to take the lead on alongside the Global Director of Stakeholder affairs. As the go-to person for our private partnerships, you will take charge of nurturing and expanding Kea's network of strategic alliances. You will work closely with key stakeholders, to meet key partnership deliverables and ensure our valued partnerships succeed now and into the future.
Global Community Events Delivery: With your infectious enthusiasm and meticulous planning, you will help deliver Kea's sensational global events program. From our signature World Class New Zealand Awards to our intimate networking sessions, you will curate unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impact on our diverse community.
Ko wai koe │ About you
You will have 6 - 10 years’ experience in partnership/sponsorship or events related roles and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders. You will be comfortable working from home and driving your own workload with the support of our small team. You will have previous experience running events on a small budget or for a charity or not for profit organisation. You will have an intimate working knowledge of a CRM and be energetic, creative and passionate about supporting our vibrant global community. You will also have a high level of attention to detail coupled with strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a small global team moving between strategic and hands on tasks with grace. Your innovative mindset and exceptional organisational skills will shape the future of Kea's community engagement initiatives.
