About the role:
We’re on an exciting journey of growth, and with that growth comes evolution of our brand and what we stand for. A pivotal role in WCF’s growth will be the newly created role of Brand and E-Commerce Manager. Together with our agency partners you’ll drive our brand strategy and the story we tell to the world.
This role will see you as our brand champion and owning the entire online experience, continuing the success of this awesome Wellington brand story. You will think globally, while being commercially aware and customer-focused.
Your key focus areas will be:
- managing the development of WCF brand identity and driving awareness
- managing the development of new products and packaging
- designing trade marketing materials
- managing social media channels and calendar
- management of our new Tour Guide (newly created role) who will also support your role
- responsibility for the end-to-end performance of WCF e-commerce including P&L ownership, optimisation and troubleshooting of e-commerce issues
- optimisation of our website to ensure it performs for brand and the product offering
- collaborating with company directors to define growth opportunities
- perform web analytics and measurement to identify opportunities and improve effectiveness of all digital channels.
This role calls for someone with a passion for brand. You’re a creative and will be able to enhance our consumers experience from the moment they set eyes on our product, driving traffic to our site as well as in store. You’ll embody our brand voice and tell our story to ensure it captures, hearts, minds and stomachs!
The type of background and skills we are seeking are:
- experience in brand and or marketing focused roles
- experience with brand positioning
- strong digital experience (Shopify, Klaviyo, SEO/SEM, Meta/Google Analytics and ideally excel and Xero) and sales driven
- The ability to probe further into the data to uncover valuable insights
- exposure to product development
- simple design skills would be a plus
- a committed and passionate work ethic
- comfort with juggling multiple priorities
