About us:
Stretton Group is based in Morrinsville, an easy traffic free drive from Hamilton, Cambridge and Matamata. We house the iconic fashion brand; Annah Stretton, the pet wellness company; Olive’s Kitchen, the social conscience charity Reclaim Another Woman (RAW) and more. We operate in a fast paced, busy space where no two days are every the same.
To fit in to our environment you need to be able to multi-task and change directions quickly, be a go getter and happy to roll up your sleeves and muck in.

The role:
- Manage the trading of our online store and direct-to-consumer businesses.
- Be a crucial part of a small, entrepreneurial team in a fast-growing business.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the workstreams related to the e-Commerce platforms.
- Direct report to senior management. No layers of bureaucracy here. Good ideas are executed fast.
- We’re looking to refine & strengthen e-Commerce activity to position ourselves for further growth.
- Wholesale and direct to customer sales including full sales-cycle from prospect to follow up.
- Role based in-house in MORRINSVILLE, Waikato

Annah Stretton – customer service, wholesale to boutiques, online orders, returns & exchanges, e-commerce, business development. www.annahstretton.co.nz

About you:
Skills & Experience
- Experience using Shopify, Vend, Mailchimp, Go Sweet Spot and/or Xero is advantageous.
- Proven track record in driving successful business development.
- Commercial acumen – you understand what drives the numbers & how to make these grow.
- A background in sales, sales support, digital, social or customer marketing would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of digital and computer literacy.
- Highly accurate with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Time-management skills with the ability to multi-task across projects and change direction quickly.
- Creative copy writing skills.
- Understanding of b2b and b2c sales.

- Able to translate data into actionable insights that drives sales growth, brand awareness and customer experience.
- Able to work closely and collaboratively with a range of people across different functions, and motivate others without direct authority.
- Able to confidently prospect, cold-call and relationship build with potential customers.
