Our Digital Applications team are looking for someone like you, a Senior Salesforce Consultant, to join us in Wellington to help make an impact that matters with our clients and community.

With a team of 300+ consultants locally across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, plus a global network of specialists, there is always opportunity to learn, develop and share your knowledge in the Consulting Service Line. As a valued member of the Digital Customer team, you will specialise in implementing Salesforce solutions across a variety of enterprise clients across New Zealand, working alongside other domain expertise across SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday and more.
What might your day look like with us?

- Using your SME knowledge of service, sales, marketing and analytics cloud to help evaluate, design and implement innovative digital solutions that meet or exceed you client’s expectations.
- Gather and analyse requirements, leading workshops, configure, customise, test and deploy customised solutions utilising on and off shore colleagues to deliver exceptional value to customers.
- Using your excellent facilitation skills, lead discovery workshops and training sessions with stakeholders and users.
- Provide post go live support enhancement and maintenance.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you

- At least 5 years’ experience as a SalesForce Functional Consultant with experience delivering full lifecycle projects across with a diverse range of clients/industries. Should possess at least 3 relevant functional or technical SalesForce certifications.
- Experience configuring and designing customised solutions within SalesForce Cloud suite of products – Marketing, Sales, Service and Analytics.
- Business Analysis skills with an eye for detail to translate complex problems into tangible value and functional/technical documentation.
- Using Service Design skills to help enable customers to think beyond their current environment, focusing on Customer Experience, to draw out requirements and build effective functional solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills with an open communication style which fosters inclusion and trust with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to work in cross functional on and offshore teams to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction.
