We have our own manufacturing spaces in Cambridge, New Zealand and Los Angeles, California. Products that we develop in Cambridge are often made the next day in LA.
While we survived by pivoting in 2020 and building a new business, the time has come to put effort back into servicing our loyal customer base for Fiasco Cases here in the US. We couldn’t be more excited to be appointing this role!
About the role
We are looking for a driven self-motivated full time sales and customer service person. You'll bring your can do attitude and energy to the table and we will bring more than 50 products specifically designed to improve everyday life in the event & touring industry.
Fulfilling this role will mean you will take charge of Fiasco Cases sales and customer service. Brand awareness and a head turning product line has already been established. You will be 70% focused on giving great customer service and 30% focused on looking for the next sale. You will be tasked with enhancing the sales and customer service experience for our established customer base. We are looking for a person that does not mind getting their hands dirty in customer service (ie; going above ’n beyond) and who will also chase sales.
This is a new role in an expansion market. You will be partnered with our team in Torrance and also work closely with the wider Fiasco Cases team in New Zealand.
We pride ourselves on providing real world solutions that our customers actually want. This role is the critical link between our team and our customers.
Key Tasks
- Maintain and develop core customer base.
- Seek out and develop new leads.
- Develop sales by being known in the market as solutions focused.
- Develop positive working relationships with existing and new customers.
- Manage quoting, sales fulfilment, and invoicing.
- Attend trade shows and actively visit customers.
- The role will provide lots of variety as you handle both inbound and outbound sales and get involved in making solutions happen for customers.
