This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Consultant who is keen to pivot their career, engaging in significant advisory and transaction assignments across significant urban regeneration, housing, and commercial projects to deliver impactful solutions to clients. Our multi-faceted Real Estate services span advisory, transactions, and transaction advisory, embedded within a broader deals environment that includes mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, corporate finance, financial due diligence, and debt/capital advisory. Partnering with the wider PwC business, we address complex client challenges for major New Zealand institutions and businesses, both private and government. Trusted with significant urban regeneration, housing, and commercial development projects, we offer a collaborative, flexible, and supportive work culture.
- Working collaboratively with a team of experienced and like-minded professionals.
- Leading the day-to-day execution and technical aspects of projects, including developing and reviewing technical analysis and resolving complex project matters with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Management and ownership of the delivery of projects
- Being a key point of contact on projects for both internal and external communications
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
- Four to six years of related industry experience.
- A strong understanding of the commercial property lifecycle and property development process
- Ability to undertake detailed financial analysis and scenario modelling
- Understanding the due diligence process, recognising risks and contributing to the development of mitigation measures
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams focused on delivering cohesive outputs
- Understanding commercial strategies and knowledge of sales processes, including outright sales and structured transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
