This role is based in New Zealand within commuting range of our offices

What you’ll be doing - Te whakamahere

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy HR Coordinator to join our dynamic People team. You’ll be joining a diverse group of deeply committed individuals who are passionate, relentlessly innovative, and strive to deliver exceptional people experiences.

As an HR Coordinator, you'll be ultra-organised and proactive, have a flexible and adaptable working style, and be someone who loves connecting with people and having fun at work!  In this role no two days are the same, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, managing a broad range of responsibilities across human resources, recruitment and people experience.

You’ll coordinate the recruitment process for new and existing employees, manage various people requests, and provide general team support and contract generation, as well as broad administration responsibilities. Working closely with our People Experience, Advisory and Talent Acquisition teams, you’ll ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. This role also supports other coordinator and advisor roles as required.

What you’ll need to be successful - Ō Pūkenga

This role works on a global level so you will be reviewing employment contract and terms for regions and markets across the world, as a result, a strong focus on attention to detail is crucial!  Strong written communication skills, particularly in English language grammar, and great attention to detail are essential. You’ll be technology-savvy, with strong MS Office skills, and have a flexible and adaptable approach. Leveraging our excellent technology and systems, you’ll refine experiences to deliver the best results for our people.

You’ll be highly organised and capable of juggling multiple needs, priorities, and expectations in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured setting.  A resilient and engaging communicator, possessing a customer-focused mindset, you’ll be able to pivot effortlessly to deliver excellent ‘customer’ experiences. You’ll proactively identify underlying causes of any issues and continuously seek ways to improve our processes, systems, and practices.

Experience in a similar capacity within Human Resources, Legal/Professional services, with previous administration or coordination experience, is advantageous.
