The Role:
Reporting to the Programme Director, and with the oversight of the People & Culture, Communications and Learning & Development roles, you will be an integral part of the Programme Management Team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Culture and Change Plan, which fits, and aligns with the overall Future Systems Programme and Fulton Hogan’s culture, behaviours, values, and goals.
This role provides a huge opportunity to use your expertise in practical change management and your strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to lead and assist the team in delivering successful programme outcomes, within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead and champion the engagement of teams in all programme activity
- Being a change champion to drive and support the adoption and usage of new systems and processes
- Understanding individual business needs in relation to the programme, and aligning change solutions to fit
- Lead, champion and be a guardian of the programme standards, guiding principles, and values to drive quality outcomes
Our perfect person will be…
A senior change management professional with experience on large scale, commercial change projects, ideally within large organisations. Of equal importance is the ability to lead change across all phases of a programme, from planning through to delivery - as well as the ability to track and report on progress and provide insight.
The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- A relevant qualification (i.e. degree or change management qualification), with 10-15+ years’ experience in People, Culture &/or Change roles
- Deep understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools with proven experience in major change programmes
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead, guide and partner at all levels, within the programme team, and the wider FH business
