Radiola is a kiwi company that has operated successfully in over  70 countries since it was established in 2003, providing solutions across the aviation and wider transport sector.

The owners and board of Radiola are looking to appoint a superb new  Chief Executive, to provide commercial and strategic leadership across the company’s two  core business streams, ‘Radiola Aerospace’ and ‘Radiola Land’.

‘Radiola Aerospace’ is an aviation integrator, providing solutions to international clients via state-of-the-art navigation and communications technologies. Service offerings include flight inspections, integrated air traffic management and instrument and procedure validation.

‘Radiola Land’ develops and utilises bespoke technology to support city infrastructure and transport management systems. Currently operating domestically, the new  CEO will seek to leverage the firm’s high quality IP through offshore growth.

This CEO role requires an experienced commercial leader, with the ability to operate internationally from a small domestic footprint. If appointed you will add value by shaping and driving commercial strategy, while maintaining connectivity with clients on and offshore. To be a credible contender, you will offer:

• Capacity to drive profitable growth through product, market and client development

• Experience providing technical solutions to international and domestic clients

• A people leadership style  that supports development of capability and performance

• High level exposure to developing and realising business opportunities

• Deep commitment to customer service delivery excellence

• Ability to work  collegially  with a board to further grow Radiola’s brand and reputation

• Prior exposure to the aviation sector is not a requirement.
