What are we looking for?

We seek multiple Business Analysis Consultants who will work with us to ensure the best outcome for our clients.

At Redvespa, you'll thrive on a rewarding range of assignments, all within client sites. We are often involved from the formulation of an idea to the early stages of planning, business case development through to project delivery and implementation.

You’ll build relationships on trust, navigate landscapes and politics, simplify and articulate complexities, and empathise with every party involved.

We are seeking someone who:  

• Looks strategically at business problems and design solutions
• Has a passion for business analysis – whether it’s agile, design thinking, data, architecture, and disruptive technologies
• Determine stakeholder influence and anticipate relationship needs
• Communicate across multiple levels of an organisation
• Deliver on Requirements elicitation & management, Business process mapping, Gap analysis, Risks, User stories, Defining acceptance criteria
• Facilitate great workshops and meetings
• Navigate different project approaches or dance between the business and IT worlds
• Experience in a consulting capacity preferred
