Te tūranga - The role

This position supports continuous improvement and is responsible for applying business and technical knowledge to the analysis and development of supervisory and operational frameworks, data, processes and compliance.

You will also lead the development of operational process and workflow modelling, including defining end to end use cases and documenting operational process and system improvements.

Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with external stakeholders, including other regulatory agencies, is essential to this role, in order to represent the Reserve Bank in discussions on and to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and new technology.

You'll bring the following:

  • Broad work experience including in a bank, financial institution or government agency
  • Proven experience in business analysis and project management
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic and conceptual skills and be a creative thinker
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude in technology and knowledge of CRM system configuration and Power BI is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a can do attitude
