Qualified or Experienced Roofers
THE COMPANY
A trusted and locally operated roofing company specialising in residential and commercial roof maintenance, repairs and replacements in Dunedin and Otago Region.
THE ROLE
Experienced roofers (minimum 3-5 years' experience) or would look at person wanted to develop / learn the industry, who isn't afraid of hard, demanding work. Numerous projects in the pipeline so these will a permanent opportunities.
This role will give you multiple opportunities to show off your skills with duties that include, but are not limited to:
Estimating and Measuring Jobs
Demolition of old damaged roofing materials
Site clean-up & Preparation of site
Cutting roofing materials to size
Install spouting, down pipes and flashings
Fixing roofing and cladding to buildings
Use of Hand and Power Tools
SKILLS & IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Own drivers' licence transport preferred
Demonstrate excellent time management skills
Positive attitude and communication
Good physical fitness
The ability to read and interpret building plans
Site Safe an advantage
Clean criminal record
Able to pass a Pre-Employment drug test
Ability to work at heights
Two work related references
