On behalf of our global client, who is one of the leading online securities brokers around the world, The Pond Recruitment is looking for an energetic intermediate- level Marketing Manager with at least 5 years’ commercial experience.

You’ll be an intermediate marketer looking for more responsibility and variety in your day-to-day, and you’ll want the opportunity to take your first entry-level leadership role and manage your own team. Either way, you will have a passion for strategy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience delivering a wide variety of marketing initiatives.

This incredible, newly created role will see you reporting to the Head of Marketing and working across a range of channels. You will also be support the growth marketing strategy through content creation and the implementation of all marketing touch points.

The breakdown

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager who has:

• 5+ years generalist marketing experience
• Financial and investment trading industry experience advantageous
• Experience in writing content, blogs, and media releases

Plus, proven results in the fields of…

• Develop and manage strong and productive relationships with key team members and senior-level management
• Create and develop multi-channel marketing strategies focused on growth
• Strategic and logistical management marketing and delivery of events
• Fundamental leadership skills and ability
• Excellent communication (verbal & written)
• Delivering campaigns and strategies to improve acquisition
• Implementing marketing touch points e.g, Social media, Websites, EDMs, signage, posters and street campaigns.
