The breakdown

We are looking for a Digital Marketer experienced in:

  • Paid Search & Social, SEO/SEM, acquisition & retention marketing, or e-commerce sales
  • Fashion retail or consumer good industry experience advantageous (but not essential)

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Champion digital performance within the business
  • Design and manage the digital marketing strategy
  • Lead all PPC activity including SEM, Google Shopping, retargeting, and SEO to ensure it drives acquisition, engagement & revenue
  • Contribute to revenue growth target – Drive lead generation for new digital customers
  • Manage key digital agency relationships
  • Automate and personalise interactions, campaigns, and comms where possible
  • Identify trends and develop new insights to refine and improve digital marketing performance and customer strategies
  • Own, interpret, and present weekly and monthly performance reporting/results

Mandatory requirements

  • Minimum 3 years specialist experience in a Paid Search & Digital Performance Marketing role.
