About the Role:

The Board, through the Executive Trustee, is seeking a true leader who can work in close partnership with the other schools’ Principals, the Senior Leadership team, its diverse communities and forge strong links with the broader educational community both in New Zealand and globally.

The focus will be on providing clear direction and leadership for the College, with broad accountability for its students, staff, assets, reputation, roll and financial performance.

 

Skills & Experience:

Credible candidates will possess:

  • educational leadership and management experience at a senior level,
  • experience in or being able to demonstrate an affinity for an Independent, faith-based School environment.
  • A track record in meeting key commercial goals and the consolidation of brand positioning.
