What will you be doing?
The Chief Information Security Officer manages a global team of IT Security Specialists and Compliance and Privacy resources to ensure that all operational aspects of Information Security Strategy, Security Architecture and Security Risk Management align with the Company’s policies, business requirements and information security risk position, in line with security best practices and industry regulations and standards around the globe. This ecompassses IT Audits, IT Risk Management, Information Security and/or Technical Privacy.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience: 9+ years experience in IT Risk Management and/or IT Internal Audit including experience in Information Security & Technical Privacy preferable within the Health Tech industry. Expertise with assessing and recommending enterprise security solutions in adherence with industry security standards. Experienced directly managed through the common issues facing clients who provide products and services in several service sectors and experience with SOC installations.
- Skills: You will have a strong understanding of HITRUST CSF and ISO 2700. Expertise with performing IT Risk & Security assessments, developing information security strategies, and recommending security solutions. Your communication skills enable you engage and motivate your team members and develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Your written communication skills enable you to disseminate technical information to present to a wide audience.
- Characteristics: You will possess a proactive and solutions focused mindset with a collaborative management style,
the ability to plan to efficiently accomplish goals, possess a perseverance to drive for results, an analytical problem solving mindset and be self-driven. You will have strong interpersonal and consultative skills and possess the ability to achieve consensus. - Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, and/or business related field. IT/Security related professional certifications/qualifications desired
