Reporting to the Chair of the Board and based in the Nelson Head Office, the CEO will will lead the delivery of profitable and sustainable business growth through acquisition and developing strong commercial partnerships. They will build the organisational capability to support growth and a values based culture, and maintain the reputation as the leading independently owned, nationwide optometry group. Key accountabilities include providing commercial leadership, strategic and operational management, driving growth and business performance, championing a culture of performance, and maintaining the family values that define the business.
