North American Board Member for Construction Technology Start-Up

XFrame is a construction technology company founded in Wellington, New Zealand in 2020. XFrame delivers demountable, modular, wall framing systems for commercial interiors. In the last financial year the company experienced 14x growth in revenues fueled by contracts with ANZ Retail Banking in Australia, and multiple, large commercial fit-out projects in New Zealand.

The company has aspirations to enter the North American market. To support this entry XFrame is looking for a director based in the United States. The ideal director will have a background in construction and/or commercial property, and be looking for governance roles. As a young company XFrame is seeking a director who is open to making introductions on behalf of the company, with the aim to fast-tracking the establishment of North American operations.
