International Market Manager

Xtend-Life Group Ltd is an international market innovator in the premium healthcare supplements and skincare industry with a mission to use science to produce pure and natural products. Founded in 1998 and recently purchased by the Masthead Group (the successful company behind Ziwi), our manufacturing, customer service and marketing teams are Christchurch based but the company thinks and acts globally, servicing a discerning  global customer base.

As part of the group strategy and growth initiatives of Xtend-Life a newly created role has been established to develop Export Markets for our high-quality products. Reporting to the CEO we are looking for an ambitious and energetic International Market Manager to help us expand our offshore business-to-business with a primary focus in Asia. You will be the driving face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and business development strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting new revenue and forging strong relationships with end users, distributors, and partners across key Asian, and other international markets.

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced, hands-on manager who thrives in a fast- paced culture. Being a talented communicator and leader, you will be commercial, and delivery focused in nature and thrive in a company which is operating on a global stage and looking to grow and scale the business to new heights.
